Linda St.Cyr is a professional freelance writer, artist and poet. She has published with numerous online publications including Club Mom, Associated Content and outlets of Demand Media. She has written several short stories, which will be coming out in anthology collections soon. Currently, she is working on a novel while raising two children in the beautiful Pocono Mountains.

Linda St.Cyr’s History
Linda Lee St.Cyr was born in Toms River, NJ on May 7, 1980. She lived in Toms River and in English Town, NJ before moving to Pennsylvania with both her parents. Saylorsburg, Long Pond, and Blakeslee, PA have all been home to Linda. The area is known for beautiful ski resorts; however, Linda hasn’t skied a day in her life!

In 1998, Linda graduated from Pocono Mountain School District with distinguished honors. That year, she received her driver’s license, because her friends were sick of driving her around. She also received her first tattoo in 1998.

In 1999, she enrolled in Northampton Community College. Linda stayed for two semesters before leaving the school for personal reasons.

The year 2000 changed Linda’s life forever. In October her first son was born weighing in at 8 pounds. This led Linda into the wonderful world of motherhood. Her second son appeared in her life in 2003 again in the month of October and again weighing in at 8 pounds. Having 2 boys keeps her on the go.

Before she knew it, 2005 appeared. This was the year she sent her oldest son to school. The next three years flew by.

In 2008, Linda came across a website that was hiring writers. Although she had written through out her life she had not attempted to get anything published in the world of print or in big open space of the world wide web. The website accepted her submission and that was the start of her freelancing career.

Today, Linda still writes online but has started submitting to offline publications and to fiction publications.
